I’m a classic “T-shaped professional” - deep knowledge of user research and insights, and a very wide breadth of knowledge of the digital media business. I started my career as a product manager and creator of digital content. This background comes through in my results-oriented style, as well as my understanding of the broader context in which things happen. As an accomplished researcher, I ensure that my team delivers findings that are insightful, meaningful and actionable, not just interesting.
