I graduated from college with a degree in Chemistry and Math (minor) and then somehow ended up selling hardwood lumber products. I grew my previous company's export sales from zero to over $25 million in the past 10 years. I've been able to travel to 20+ countries during that time, it's been a blast. I am now the new sales, purchasing and supply chain guy at Granite Valley- I love it!I enjoy promoting our industry through the American Hardwood Export Council. Spreading truth about how using Hardwood Timber is good for slowing Climate Change is a real opportunity.I've had so many different roles and titles over my career, it'd be impossible to get LinkedIn updated correctly. Working on current pricing trends between green and kiln dried of American hardwoods is something I do every day. Helping customers make the best decisions and training the next generation are things my favorite parts of my job.
