I leveraged my experiences and the lessons I learned as a business owner to consult other business owners on how to improve their companies. I started out as a reputation management consultant helping businesses optimize, grow, and leverage their reputations and review statuses on sites like Yelp, Tripadvisor, Google, and Facebook. When the pandemic hit, I pivoted and started finding ways to help my clients weather the storm of having to close down or find new ways to operate their businesses. I began developing websites for clients which led me to building a business consulting company where I have helped clients with their branding, pricing, marketing, customer service, and more.

I created and launched an online training course designed to help entrepreneurs start and build an online reputation management business. I filmed and recorded over 100 training videos where I coached students on topics including: business planning, branding and identity, business operations, marketing, social media marketing, sales, contract writing, customer service, pricing strategy, project management, accounting, and more. I strategically designed the program so that even someone new to business and entrepreneurism could be successful by following the step-by-step instructions. In order to get people enrolled in the program, I created Facebook and Instagram ads where I was constantly A/B testing campaigns which resulted in an overall 5.65% conversion rate. The people who converted on the ads were signed up for live webinars where I presented them with the benefits of the opportunity of starting their own reputation management business. Students who enrolled in the program received one-on-one coaching from me as they built their businesses.

I came up with the idea to create a customizable cookie company while still in college. I thought no one had done to cookies what Ben & Jerry's and Coldstone Creamery did to ice cream. After launching the company, we quickly realized customers didn't want to create their own cookies, but rather wanted us to come up with new, interesting, and even whacky flavors. The "Cookie of the Month" program was developed and we committed to baking up 6 new flavors each month in addition to our 12 Signature cookies. All-in-all we created over 5,000 unique flavors of cookies while pushing the envelop of what people think a traditional cookie could be. Over my 9 year career as the co-founder of the company I wore many hats and helped grow the company from 1 Farmer's Market stall to 6 weekly markets, 2 retail locations, an e-commerce store, a wholesale division, and a manufacturing facility that shipped cookies all over the world. My favorite cookie is a tie between the Ultimate Chocolate Chip and Citrus Shortbread.
