Mr Ilardi was a business modeler on the CSC internal Oracle Transportation Management project. He was responsible for the delivery of low and medium fidelity page designs and scenarios. This involves converting documents into iRise and working with the stakeholders to capture requirements. He has facilitated interactive iRise sessions held on Webex. Mr Ilardi attended one week of extensive Irise training. During that time he learned the ins and outs of the tool. He also held a mock client facilitation session.

Mr. Ilardi designed and architected solutions for a service enabled Weblogic portal application. He delivered detailed design documents to developers outlining the technologies and design patterns to use for implementation of the portal. These documents made heavy use of UML and pageflows diagrams. High level architectural documents were also delivered to the projects solution architect and client stakeholders. Mr. Ilardi’s designs made heavy use of Service Oriented Architecture principles. Services were designed at a granularity to promote reuse across the organization. Mr. Ilardi put in place a framework to support the enrollment in various client programs. This framework was extensible and rules based to support the clients need to bring in new programs, modify eligibility and remove them frequently.

Mr. Ilardi led a team of offshore developers to deliver web services and new functionality for a weblogic portal application. Accomplishments include preparing the application for multiple browser compatibility, account lookup and credit limit increase web services and designing administration and maintenance modules. Mr. Ilardi designed and developed web service interfaces for this application with plans for organization wide adoption in the future. In addition the application was designed to integrate with external web services such as RSA's Verid. Mr. Ilardi analyzed business requirements converting them into technical designs. He would work with his team to ensure code standards were upheld and quality work was delivered. By having his team run and document unit test cases, issues were fixed before the code was released to QA. Adam was also responsible for working with vendors to modify their code to meet the project needs. The new vendor interface was done using a lightweight REST style webservice. He was also called upon to advise on similar issues other project teams had faced. Separately Mr. Ilardi was tasked to lead development from concept to code on a store locator application. This task required interpreting requirements, choosing technologies to solve the business issues, developing code and giving client demos. Google maps API and AJAX technologies were used to enhance the user interface. The development was complete within schedule and budget. It met with high praise from the non technical marketing teams and will be going live within the year.

Mr. Ilardi served as senior developer on the EMIS project, a SOA based integration application to facilitate communication between banking subsystems. Mr. Ilardi gained extensive experience in BEA Weblogic Integration software developing JPD process flows for the integration of web service endpoints. Mr. Ilardi developed a SOA based web application for facilitating EOD processing. Mr. Ilardi built self testing applications to guarantee the configuration of the product prior to the system going live. Mr. Ilardi successfully trained and managed a new addition to the team. Mr. Ilardi was instrumental in development, design and documentation of a real time monitoring solution. Leveraging tidal monitoring software and custom built complimentary code Mr. Ilardi was able to notify support of any adverse activity in the system (frozen processes, network issues, database issues etc.). Leveraging the JMX protocol, the monitoring solution exposed core EMIS statistics and runtime information. Mr. Ilardi facilitated internal workshops to aid in the discovery process for ongoing client negotiations. Mr. Ilardi documented a wide range of functionality for both ongoing technical development and the operation of the system from multiple support perspectives.

For the consumer and small business financial services unit of a global company, Mr. Ilardi served as the report wizard team lead on the Strategic Account Management application, a web front end for the clients to manage corporate credit cards. He created dynamic UI web pages through the use of AJAX and JSON. The scheduling framework component he developed was critical to many core application functions (Query Wizard Queries, Reports and Mappers). Utilizing Spring Framework and JMX, he delivered a management and monitoring solution that allowed schedulers to scale job consumption up and down, selectively accept jobs and showing the status of all running jobs. Mr. Ilardi trained and supervised new Reports Team members, including off-shore and on-shore resources. Mr. Ilardi developed estimates and a division of labor. He gathered and analyzed requirements for delivering technical design documents. His team successfully delivered client specific modifications to the report framework. To deliver a scalable and high performing system, Mr. Ilardi utilized a wide range of Java technologies (Hibernate, Spring Framework, AspectJ and Struts). Mr. Ilardi?s report wizard framework exceeded the client mandated performance metrics.90% of web page responses returned in less than one second.

Mr. Ilardi was responsible for the integration and enhancement of sales force applications, utilizing a web based business process management system.The Deal Management Process Tool (DMPT) was designed to meet the need of unifying the sales procurement process. Savion Business Manager Platform was utilized to manage the user responsibilities in the system. He was responsible for interpreting specifications, creating technical design documents, implementation and the testing of each task. Mr. Ilardi utilized a Model View Controller pattern, JSP and JSTL to provide end user web pages. He connected disparate systems into our DMPT application by using Web Services, plain socket connections and database connections. Mr. Ilardi leveraged the Ibatis Object/Relation mapping tool for database interactions. JavaScript was used to enhance the user's experience and reduce page reloads. Mr. Ilardi created import functionality for customer carts and CRM data from a Seibel based system. He completed extensive renovation on the presentation and calculation of sales quote data. This included collapsible columns and rows, local currency presentation and various essential business calculations (margin, discount percentages, etc). He also completed tasks that involved the BMPS software and how user interactions affected the business process. The Administration tool was designed to modify the behavior, add content and change configuration data available to the DMPT. Mr. Ilardi successfully delivered additional configuration pages and modifications to existing ones. This required a detailed knowledge of the Struts framework. Mr. Ilardi worked with actions, form beans and the XML files describing the web pages behavior.
