The Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) practice delivered technology-driven investment products for both consumers and financial advisors. My focus was on D2C Investment Advice - helping incumbents launch rroboadvisory products to respond to disruptors like Betterment, Wealthfront, etc.::: Select Engagements• Assisted the Wealth Management division of a Global Investment Bank with launching their own direct to consumer investment advice product; co-led the automation of account opening & funding through competitive analysis, documentation of current state & future state, MVP feature scoping, etc.; slashed client data requirements to open an account by ~70% from 250+ to less than 80.• Assisted the Wealth Management division of a Global Investment Bank to re-build their advisory platform leveraged daily by more than 16,000 financial advisors; acted as a workstream PM and Business Analyst for identification of new modules advisors could use to customize their platform; developed mockups and handed off requirements for 10+ modules, 3 of which would be built out.
