Assisting the Mechanical and Electrical Engineers with the adoption of private pumping stations around the Essex area for Anglian Water. This includes designing, planning and constructing pipework installations within foul and storm wells. Along side this we will assess and if required install new pumps, NRV's and isolation valves to prolong the working capability of the pumping stations.

Editing images using photoshop on behalf of clients and giving indepth advice on the papers and services that we offer. Arranging deliveries and mounting/framing for clients and guiding clients through how to use our retouching and scanning booths that are available to hire. I also give in-depth advice over the phone and via email on a daily basis to ensure the companies high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

I dedicate my own time when I can to taking images around the beautiful Epping Forest to promote and share this wonderful place with others. I help at events that may be organized to fun raise for the benefit of the forest or document work being carried out around Epping to show the public how the forest is being developed and improved. The reason I wanted to do this role was I felt that I could use the skills I already have to benefit Epping Forest and the public at large. This role is rewarding in that I get to explore this amazing place whilst doing something a love.

These services are used either by estate agents that are selling or for home owners looking to rent out their properties. I also take 360 degree images inside buildings that can be used for virtual tours on the clients websites.

In this position I was in charge of getting a new photography marketplace for secondhand equipment ready for when it went live on theprintspace website. This included creating an accurate spreadsheet updated with items that the company had upload and sold via the marketplace and also dealing with other local companies that had items they wanted to sell via the marketplace. I was also the administrator of the marketplace which meant I was the main point of contact by any person that had enquires relating to this new service. I also promoted this new service to the companies 11k+ social media fan base by promoting the service overall and also interesting individual items that had been uploaded each day. I would also be involved in discussions about new ideas and how to attract new clients to the different services offered using social media and bogs. I also helped out with their themed monthly photographic competitions and any other tasks that needed managing on a daily basis. This included bug testing their test website before updates were implemented onto the live website.

I worked on a cruise ship taking images of passengers and events on and off the ship. My images would be sold to the customers or used for commercial purposes like advertising the services we offered or supplied to the varied sections of the ship like the restaurants, entertainment groups, customer liaisons for trips. I worked around the Caribbean and Europe and encountered different challenges and environments.

I gave advice and sold Sony equipment to customers with varied needs. I would deal with deliveries and supply customers with up to date information about orders and delivery dates. I also helped with queries from basic advice to issues like faulty equipment and complaints, which I would deal with directly at Sony head quarters or one of their many partners.
