I am an experienced and succesful leader of digital transformations with deep knowledge about strategy execution, digital business development, digital transformations and IT vendor management. My work has centered on ERP and system software/application implementations and development. In my leadership of digital transformations I strive to encourage quality, timeliness, innovation, as well as well managed implementations. I have had leadership responsibility of teams spanning from 1-2 people to 75+ specialists and leaders. My recent portfolio of digital business development projects and application management has an annual budget of appx 130 mill DKK (19 mill USD). I have a strong brand of being a good and empathetic leader - and it is my ambition to lead as I want to be led myself. My leadership experience is wide - from leading on-site customer service teams, to specialists and leaders nationally and internationally. I am a very strong believer diversity of people and competencies in my teams - and strive to create a safe space so that all feel the freedom to contribute with their knowledge and experience to improve results.
