He leads McKinsey’s Transmission & Distribution (Grid) Service Line and the firm’s work at the nexus of Public Sector & Energy Transition in North America+ Leading “commercialization pathway” development across key clean energy technologies for a major public sector institution+ Led research support of a US-wide hydrogen “roadmap” for a US federal agency+ Led an energy-driven economic development strategy for a region of the US – a public-private partnership effort+ Leading a decarbonization pathways & future of gas strategy for a major regional utility, including renewables strategy+ Advised on clean energy roadmap across CCUS and hydrogen for a major regional public-private consortia+ Led a technology and unregulated growth strategy for a major US utility – including RNG, hydrogen, storage and renewables+ Led a comprehensive, long-term strategy development effort for a major US utility – including setting up five full-time Innovation Teams – aimed at creating and executing the strategy (including new growth investments in hydrogen)+ Led a multi-year operations transformation at a major gas midstream player+ Led a transmission and distribution transformation at major US utility – focused on emergency response, project management+ Led a growth and M&A strategy engagement with a leading global clean technology product manufacturer+ Has advised investors in multiple due diligences on utility service and technology providers – across segments in T&D
