-Maintenance of the various Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, procedures etc. needed for various accreditations including; CHAS, Construction Line and MCS -Collating bespoke O& M’s (Operation & Maintenance Manuals) from basic templates to individual clients needs/specifications- Complete job specific schematics on CAD for individual clients PV systems.- Complete and issue MCS certificates for clients PV systems.- Carry out G59 application / confirmations & G83 Notifications with the DNO for clients PV systems.- Complete all clients PQQ and H&S requirements.- Assist with on-going marketing campaigns using mail chimp to existing South Facing customers.- Assist customers with there Feed-in-Tariff applications following commissioning of their PV systems.- Any and all ad hoc administrational duties required by the business and its employees ranging from the small to large.- Manage process for responsive maintenance & defects on PV systems.

- Raise and manage Purchase orders and invoicing for small orders to monthly equipment hires.- Coordinate on site engineers and external contractors to carry out and complete on site responsive repairs and planned preventive maintenance.- Manage and update onsite Archibus management system and produce weekly reports- Work in a support desk role receiving calls, emails and radio calls from productions studio and tour staff with maintenance and general queries.- Monitor and report on site utility usage.- Manage and produce weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.- Attend and type up weekly maintenance team meetings.- Update team training matrix.- Manage distribution of uniform and PPE for onsite engineers.- Take receipt of deliveries for facilities team.- Carry out research for new on-site equipment tools and materials, comparing differences on price and specifications and reporting findings to maintenance supervisor and facilities manager.- Using O&M manuals to source replacement components and suitable repairs for on-site equipment. Consulting manufacturers and contractors for resolution to queries.- Assist with co-coordinating onsite projects.- Manage onsite fleet weekly vehicle checks repairs and maintenance.- Manage onsite building management system controlling stage and suite heating and occupancy requirements, Utilities and extraction systems.- Implement and write new Standard Operating Procedures for office and maintenance teams.- Supervising and instructing temporary administrative staff.
