This role provides information security subject matter expertise to the organization through both strategic and operational projects and initiatives. This role works with IT resources, senior Security Specialists, and business units from across the organization to advise on information security related architecture, systems, standards and processes. The role works with business owners to understand business requirements and identify the appropriate controls that meet identified risk tolerances. The role assists in the execution of the organizations Vulnerability Management, Metrics, Risk Assessment, Incident Response and Security Awareness programs.

In addition to being a forward facing customer representative responsible for refunds and exchanges, in this role I manage the front end cash and cashiers, send employees for breaks and audit cash drawers. I also complete daily and weekly store closes, including creating reports, closing tills, and counting the store safe holding in excess of $20,000 in some cases

In this role I provided customers with issues, complaints, returns on exchanges with specialized service in order to solve problems quickly and maintain our quality of service. In addition, I was responsible for supporting the efforts of other cashiers by assisting them when faced with situations they didn't know how to or could not handle.

In this role I was responsible for quickly and accurately checking out customers, while also providing friendly service. Quick mental math was required to count cash and calculate customers change, as well as memorization and recall skills to use the large number of Codes required to input items into the till.
