Led Community Technologies, a thriving healthcare IT services business subsidiary of Providence. With the Providence EMR platform as its cornerstone product, designed to improve patient access, patient experiences and health outcomes while enabling growth through strategic digital partnerships with independent hospitals and clinics. • Created a new business model and restructured the team, hiring necessary talent and developing a team culture with a compelling mission, vision and purpose, which enabled the growth needed to achieve the business objectives.• Significantly expanded the business through the infusion of new talent and innovative go-to-market models, resulting in 6x revenue growth, 10x client growth, and dramatic patient reach expansion.• Achieved the development and delivery of key technologies that enabled improvements in client business operations, patient satisfaction and improved clinical outcomes, through client and development partner collaboration significantly increasing net promoter score.• Enabled nationwide progress towards the advancement of a shared medical record through three years of service on Epic’s international Connect Steering Board, including an 18-month role as board chair. • Led Community Technologies to become the nation’s largest Epic EMR outsourcing organization. As of 2021, Community Technologies serves 2.8M patients, over 200 sites of service, 18 hospitals and 60 clinics across 8 states. In 2020 spun business out into a Providence-owned C-corporation based on proven profitability and sustainability.

Envisioned, built and implemented a new business development strategy and professionalized Nordic’s sales and client services functions driving the business to become the market leader in Epic EMR consulting. • Rapidly designed and delivered a sales and business development strategy focused on shifting the organization from a staffing to solutions consulting model, capitalizing on Nordic’s unique consultant’s strengths, engaging in new marketing approaches and a sales and client team re-organization.• Led team through change and growth, focusing on cultural change, vision for success, firm targets and processes, and celebration of successes. Achieved 35% YoY revenue growth, increased number of clients and consultants, and became the largest Epic EMR consulting firm.

Led all aspects of some of Epic’s largest and most complex enterprise Electronic Medical Record implementations nation-wide, including managing a matrixed team of 11 leaders and their implementations teams up to 200 responsible for day-to-day deployments.• Led successful implementation at Epic’s first enterprise EMR site, Allina Healthcare. Achieved the ‘Faster than a Bolt of Lightning Award’, Epic’s top award recognizing innovation, creativity and perseverance.• Led successful ongoing deployments across 14 Epic clients throughout a 11-year period, including some of Epic’s newest development.• Co-developed model to expand EMR deployments to multiple acute institutions, enabling Epic sites to share medical records with other hospital facilities. • Ideated, designed and led the Implementation Coordinator Mentor Program, providing new project leaders with a network and tools to enable immediate success in their new roles. • Selected by CEO to lead third-party consulting relations for the company.
