Led a team designed to wind down various operational functions within Nortel until buying companies assumed the work functions. These operational areas included order management and fulfillment of CS2K products and solutions, repair and return billing, managed spares billing, support for legacy Nortel transactions, and commercial tools support. Collaborated with Nortel's buyers and internal project teams to document processes and systems in use, assisted in developing future state processes, and provided any required testing and overlapping support.

Managed a team of order managers who offered pre-fulfillment and post-fulfillment support to major North American enterprise partners. Through regular customer and team reviews, achieved electronic ordering to over 95%, touchless order performance to over 80%, order holds to less than $340,000, performance to lead time to 95%, <5 returns aged beyond 40 days, shipped not billed exposure to $0, and invoice dispute resolution to less than a business day. Improved various reporting activities - including backlog and invoice disputes - to accelerate recognition and resolution of problem areas.
