I'm a Systems Administrator with 24 years of total IT exerience.A graduate of DeVry, my IT career began in 1998. My technical abilities coupled with my extensive customer service skills gained from my previous life as an upholsterer, helped me to realize that this was my calling. My initial IT experience as a desktop support technician facilitated my current role as a systems administrator.I'm a naturally self-disciplined individual which also helped me in my 8 year Navy Reserve career as an IT2 (Information Systems Technician).
