Established first systems for high-throughput (big) data processing of multi-source video/geospatial tracking data. Established inventory replenishment processes with horizon-based target inventory calculations and lead time factors for multiple supplier scenario. Worked with 3PL directly to further integrate and improve pick-pack process to reduce defects and inefficiencies.

Managed Inventory Planning Simulation team of five engineers, built large systems that simulate inventory planning execution under various buying scenarios. Oversaw technical design of new features and systems. Led implementation of team’s custom agile ‘Scrum-ban’ method. Liased with business partners to prioritize future work alongside internal initiatives and infrastructure improvements.

Founding member of Simulation team. Designed and implemented first version of vendor defect service to enable self-service vendor feedback loop and coaching for defect reduction.
