Working on AHS's Payroll Consolidation Project, which aims to bring each of the Former Health Entities onto one HRIS system. Current role and responsibilities include interpreting multiple CBA's, providing direction on policy and practices. I am also involved in the conversion and validation of HR data from Legacy Systems.
