- Forward deployed to Eastern Europe, serving as training liaison between partner nations in order to conduct 65 Bilateral and Multilateral military to military engagements over seven months. - Created a cloud based digital munitions management system, which allowed for semi-automated tracking of $56.8 million of munitions to support an expansion from 3 partner nations to 11. - Managed the scheduling and coordination of required range facilities for 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines for Battalion exercises and live-fire training, in support of 107 exercises and 1100 Marines. - Personally managed communication with partner nation training chiefs, including coordination of events in the absence of Department of Defense or State department translators.

- Served as the Deputy Director of the Pentagon Tours Program, oversaw all operations and facilitation of 105,000 annual visitors, led a Joint-Service team of 25, and training 15 personnel annually. - Instituted a modernized online tours scheduling system which allowed a 75% reduction of scheduling personnel (4 to 1) and 25% increase in visitors served annually (83,000 in 2012 - 105,000 in 2013). - Developed a new personnel training process that allowed for an operational expansion from 13-27 personnel over 12 months. - Served as the Special Events Coordinator for the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, Community and Public Outreach, coordinated the annual September 11th Remembrance Ceremony, POW/MIA Recognition Day, and first annual TAPS survivors recognition.
