My role involves driving growth and expanding our commercial services footprint across the U.S. I identify and secure new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and foster client relationships with mid-sized businesses and large-scale corporations.

Big Beast, founded by Adam McArthur, is a dynamic brand rooted in pop culture, streetwear, and the art of collecting. Passionate about inspiring others and bringing hope, Adam blends his love for trading cards, streetwear, and unique collectibles into an innovative brand experience. Big Beast is set to launch a diverse range of projects, including a clothing line, the "Magic & Mayhem" podcast, a trading card series featuring original IP characters, and exclusive art and autographed collectibles.

The lens we see everything through is creating an experience. From the interaction with us online to our different celebrity autograph boxes to the content we produce; the goal in it all is that it adds to the BAM! experience. Our mission is to deliver the ultimate experience for fans by fans. Each of us who play a role at BAM! Entertainment have fandoms we love. Our connection to those fandoms have helped shape our lives. We use the love and passion we have for these fandoms to pour into every aspect of our company.

I founded Mighty Lion, a full-service marketing agency, with the idea of simplifying marketing processes for small to mid-sized business. We did full scale branding from creation to implementation. We helped launch several successful companies and aided with many successful re-brands.

Airware Labs had a unique product they brought to market to help facilitate allergy relief along with snoring relief and aiding in better breathing during exercise.I replaced their former CMO and acted as the interim CMO. I began a full overhaul of the brand (it was formally known as Brêz). I repositioned against competition, continued to expanded the line with new products, branded those products, created marketing strategies for those products and brought those products to the global market. I created a bolder online presence and implemented a social media strategy. Since we partnered with 3M, I leveraged that partnership to creative specific marketing objectives around each product. We began to seek out more distribution channels. Our biggest was Boots in the UK. We went from being on the verge of losing our sku's to me pitching their team our new direction and saving all existing sku's while adding multiple more. We then took the company public with all new product lines hitting store shelves in fall of 2012 in multiple global markets.
