Growing Change is a not-for-profit social enterprise that connects people through growing, making, and selling food for a better world. Since commencing operations in May 2016, our urban social farm in Fremantle has grown tonnes of fresh produce for supply to local restaurants. Through social farming, our goal is to empower people, build social inclusion and provide pathways to sustainable livelihoods. Our structured programs aim to help socially at-risk individuals suffering with mental illness. The goal is to support them to reconnect and learn new skills through gardening.

The purpose of the Vic Park MiniLab was to function as a community living lab, to explore the challenge of space activation and community development within disused and underused spaces.The Vic Park MiniLab was a venture into collaboration, cross-pollination of ideas, social innovation & the re-invigoration of public space. Adam worked for the Migration Support Programs, which provides support to refugees, asylum seekers, immigration detainees and other people who are vulnerable as a result of migration.Among other projects there, Adam facilitated workshops for organisational change and development, and consulted on initiatives to increase collaboration and innovation among staff.
