I developed and implemented custom Optical Character Recognition applications to reduce typographical errors and track previously unmeasured KPIs. I also created a project tracking system for a Federal CCTV deployment and documented client sites to expedite issue resolution. Additionally, I provided network-based security solutions for a diverse client base and managed electronics wiring and infrastructure within customer facilities in the tri-state area.

I advised on strategic projects related to contract rates and system upgrades, managed telecom vendor support for network changes, and ensured compliance with HIPAA while providing IT support in a clear and approachable manner.

I managed a Tier II team’s project workload, ticket assignments, SLA adherence, and career growth, while serving as an escalation point for technical issues. I supervised technical leads on network and telephony projects, MPLS changes, site moves, and infrastructure upgrades, including budgeting and staffing. I was responsible for installing Siemens and Avaya telephone systems, managing deployments and upgrades. I documented the implementation process from start to finish and trained junior analysts in methodology. Additionally, I managed multiple project implementations, overseeing equipment orders, timelines, vendor coordination, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

I successfully utilized ticketing systems to manage telephony work orders, including MACDs, across over 120 remote campuses using platforms such as Avaya, Siemens, and Cisco. I also effectively managed the project implementation of Siemens HiPath 8000 system upgrades and new site deployments.

I coordinated with IT project managers and business analysts to identify departments with end-of-life (EOL) hardware, defined required software, and scheduled deployment resources. I deployed customized machines while maintaining user profiles through Microsoft’s USMT tool and network resources. Additionally, I traveled to satellite offices across the country to refresh machines.

I provided day-to-day support for approximately 1,200 onsite and offsite users via help desk software, telephone, email, and remote management. I performed telephone MACDs using IP and TDM telephony and managed mobile technology including BlackBerrys, iPhones, and Wi-Fi devices across multiple vendors.
