Following the successful delivery of the mortgage proposition, the position of programme manager was offered to support a client data migration programme on behalf of Computershare for Landmark mortgages. The scope consisted of, and was responsible for, delivering a defined service specification for the new platform and operating model, regulatory reporting and all business MI, testing, and all business readiness activities. In-line with the data migration, was also responsible for the definition of the service on how Computershare provisioned the book on the new platform – the scope consists of setting up all MI, funder and pool structure, all associated technology and business readiness activities.
