Vitals is an "all-in-one" Shopify App, consistently ranked within the top 5 paid apps overall.I worked on scaling the product & the company.We increased gross merchandising volume for our customer shops by $200 million by providing complex integrations of eCommerce features like Upsells, Bundles, Product Reviews or Hotjar-like video recordings with analytics.

tutti.ch is the leading Swiss second-hand marketplace, having 5+ million unique monthly visitors and almost 3 million active listings.My role was to lead a talented team of 30 engineers through a transformation both in terms of culture and tech.We doubled employee NPS of the engineering team, untangled delivery to execute on the company strategy, phased out legacy components by moving to AWS and rolled out C2C real-time Messaging, the most significant feature up to date.

Leading the Web Team out of the legacy pit. Relaunched our webapp without causing a major disaster using a modern stack like ES6, React.js, CSS Modules, Redux, Webpack and more.

Tackling mostly revenue related topics with cross-functional teams. We managed to increase both product & advertisement revenues significantly, had a bunch of fun running A/B tests, doing design sprints and constantly evolving the team structure (the latter was not that fun).
