Manage a mix of onshore and offshore agile development team(s) - including developers and agile testers, scrum master. Work directly with the Product team and the Client Services team to ensure the teams are cross functioning to meet company expectations. Report to Director of Development and hand-in-hand with VP of Dev, VP of Product, Directors and VP of Client Services

The duties of the DevOps Lead is to help facilitate and improve the product development organization’s ability to assist other departments in maintaining production systems for customer sites, and to generally aid in promoting improved liaison between development/engineering and other operational teams. Development/Engineer responsibility for the following activities:§ Investigation/resolution of escalated support incidents§ Working with QA and/or Client Services to duplicate and understand possible system defects§ Documenting and understanding requests for system enhancements§ Suggesting possible enhancements/additions to the product backlog to Product Management staff§ Working with Client Services/Product Management/QA to properly prioritize enhancement requests§ Implementing software enhancements of reasonable size/scope§ Implementing various software changes/corrections intended to maintain and improve system stability§ Assist in supporting new product releases & application updates including full GR releases and service kit releasesProvide tracked metric numbers as it relates to turnaround time for resolution on escalated support incidents. Ability to understand & properly use various tools and utilities to track defects, and client issues to be represented in the monthly metrics, as well as making sure the members of the group have an understanding on how to use these tools as well. Interactions directly with customers if required in order to facilitate solutions to issues and/or gain a better understanding of reported problems, requests, etc. Communication/interaction with Client Services to promote knowledge transfer on identification and diagnosis of issues.R.T.E. - Release Train Engineer in Agile environment. Maintain any support related issues that may come to our Development office. Work directly with clients, our Client Services team, as well as our Implementations team to ensure that any issues our clients may have are resolved in a timely manner.

Work with the development team as programmer and work as the point for support issue resolutions.
