With my leadership of a small team, new applications have been introduced, old ones have been modernized without delays using agile methods whilst I participate in many other strategic projects where I’m taking advantage of my developer, data analyst and AI knowledge. Identify network anomalies by AI, support tenders with self-developed simulators, collect and analyse crowdsource data, and support customer-centric decision-making by automatic data-analysis solutions are my main achievements.

I was responsible for designing the greenfield LTE network of the forth mobile operator in seven counties. In addition, I developed an automate PCI/RSI planning tool, and a network KPI explorer in Java using SQL database.

After being trainee for a year, I got the possibility to work full-time and to plan the GSM/TETRA frequencies, and UMTS/LTE codes. Besides this, I automated manual and time-consuming processes via developing programs in VBA and Java, and I created automatic reports based on my deep knowledge of internal databases. Later, I was involved in the high-level design of the LTE network while I was also responsible for managing and supporting trainees to help their fast integration.
