My name is Adam Kidan, and I'm an American business leader and entrepreneur. I currently serve as the President of Empire Workforce Solutions. I am the co-founder and Chairman of Empire Aviation USA and I serve as the Vintner of No Love Lost Winery in Napa, CA. Currently, I also serve as the Vice Chairman of the Staffing Advisory Group. I have campaigned for critical elections, served on a number of nonprofit boards, and remain an active participant in my community.I am a graduate of The George Washington University and Brooklyn Law School. At Brooklyn Law School, I received the American Jurisprudence Award. As an entrepreneur dedicated to making a difference, my career began as a partner in Duncan, Fish, Bergson and Kidan, where I represented some of the largest staffing companies in the country. After a number of years, I left the practice to join a client, with whom I opened the 1-800-MATTRESS operation in the Washington, D.C. area. I was the founder and Chairman of Chartwell Staffing Solutions.I remain deeply involved in my community, and while I owned 1-800-MATTRESS, I served as the Vice-chair of Greater DC Cares, as well as Chairman of the Finance Committee. Up until 2013, the organization was the single largest volunteer coordinator in Washington, D.C., connecting hundreds of nonprofits with over 40,000 volunteers.In addition, I've had the honor to serve as Chair of the DC Chamber of Commerce PAC, co-chair of Mayor William's transition team, and on the boards of the Great Washington Urban League, the Washington Performing Arts Society and the Laurel Regional Hospital. I am now the President of Empire Workforce Solutions and serve on the Steering Committee for Congressman Lloyd Smucker.
