As a warehouse supply chain/logistics intern at Cherry Coatings I would help with the full process of providing multiple painting and flooring job sites with the required equipment and material necessary for jobs. I was responsible for helping in the process of ordering material from buyers and seeking the most cost effective option. Overseeing the transportation of the material and equipment between home office and the company’s job sites. Record material and equipment into various EXCELS for tracking.This role requires strong organizational, communication and problemsolving skills to store material/equipment effectively as well as effective delivery routes.
