As Vice President of Business Strategy and Analytics for the Chicago Bulls, I lead efforts to improve strategic decision-making across the organization through effective use of data and analytics. In my role, I oversee key day-to-day operational decisions around ticket pricing, inventory management, and fan research, while also leading key strategic projects that focus on growing revenue and fans. Before joining the Bulls, I worked in Deloitte Consulting's Strategy and Analytics practice, where I focused on developing revenue growth strategies for consumer products and retail companies.I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. During my tenure with the Bulls, I've overseen projects that have transformed how the Bulls think about dynamic ticket pricing and demand forecasting, supported efforts to modernize sales and service processes through technology, and helped cultivate a data-driven culture across the organization. I lead a diverse team with a broad scope, encompassing Data and Technology, Ticketing Analytics, Fan Research, Strategic Projects, and Premium Seating Analytics.
