Mr. Klever is an appraiser working in the Pacific Northwest Region of the Valuation and Advisory Services group. Mr. Klever primarily focuses on the valuation of industrial real estate in the Pacific Northwest. Property types include core industrial properties, single and multi-tenant facilities, specialty (cold storage, food processing, R&D, life science, etc.), and buildings located in secondary and tertiary markets. Mr. Klever also has experience in appraising office, retail, land, multi-family residential (mixed-use, conventional, LIHTC, and mobile/manufactured home communities), and mixed-use properties throughout Washington. He has performed valuations for partially completed, renovated and existing structures, retrospective, condominium interests, and partially stabilized properties.Mr. Klever was awarded as the Seattle Chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s Appraiser of the Year in 2022. As an active member of the local chapter, Mr. Klever has been involved as a Fall Conference Committee Member in 2020, 2021, and 2022, and was most recently involved as the 2022 industrial panel proctor for the 2022 Appraisal Institute Fall Conference in Seattle. Mr. Klever is a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute.
