In my 9 years working Information Technology, I have operated and maintained computer systems and local area networks (LAN). I have performed system administration (SA) duties and maintained computers and servers within the computing environment (CE) and the networking environment (NE) for the United States Army. Also performed network administration (NA); installs, configures and maintained network equipment within the LAN. Installed operated and maintained commercial off the shelf (COTS) equipment (i.e. routers, switches, desktop and laptop computers). Provided SA to Tactical Battle Command Servers (TBC Server) in the tactical operations center (TOC). Provided SA and direct support for Information Dissemination and Content Staging. Frequently Performed Information Assurance (IA), as well as provided the security services and attributes of availability, authentication, confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation; Network Operations (NETOPS) Service Desk Management. Which includes incident and problem processing, change request processing, availability management and user interaction. Also, I have assisted in the planning, configuration, management, and monitoring of the wide area network (WAN) for the United States Army and NATO Allies.
