My well-rounded background includes management, sales, customer service, finance, administration and operations. One of my biggest strengths is solving problems including customer challenges, employee issues, financial matters or facility problems. I’m proactive and don’t like to accept no as an answer. In areas where previous General Managers had accepted a flooding problem or delinquent client as the status quo – I was energized by the challenge. Time after time I found myself researching the problem at hand, identifying a solution (or multiple solutions), leading change and ultimately improving the situation (and customer satisfaction and profits along the way). Five core values drive my everyday decisions in my work and personal life: consistency, honesty, loyalty, integrity and dependability. I'm the type of person who others can rely on to consistently produce quality results – whether it's a small task or managing a multi-million dollar operation.
