- Prepare and present formal trainings on Trading (equities, ETF’s, mutual funds, fixed income, FX, etc.), Options/Derivatives, US Residents, Tax season, and others. - Clearly explain and communicate complicated industry concepts to classes of representatives and prepare them for everyday work topics/procedures - Answer all inquiries before, during, and after trainings from representatives, team managers, and back office reps - Autonomously handle all administrative work regarding training preparations, follow ups, documenting progress, and future training scheduling - Work with training management team to effectively coordinate employee on-boarding, organize scheduling, build new training programs, and consistently work towards improving existing ones

Senior support: - Assist representatives on the phone with complicated calls/situations - Provide on the spot knowledge of various processes/procedures/industry standards to reps in a clear/concise manner- Approve/authorize large trades as well as escalation/estate requestsRoyal Circle Program:- Speaking only with 'Royal Circle' clients (high net worth priority clientele) - Provide insightful, precise, responsive, and professional trading services to customers- Execute trades in equities, fixed income (GIC's, bonds, notes, etc.), option trades, FOREX, as well as commodities.- Proactively educate clients on investment industry mechanisms, regulations/laws, internal trading policies and order execution procedures.- Liaise with the back offices for general inquiries, compliance issues, and administrative inquiries.
