I manage one of eight stores in the company. I am responsible for hiring, training, and helping employees reach monthly company and personal goals. I am responsible for keeping track of inventory and syncing it with the companies system so that my store may be continually stocked with fitness equipment. I am also responsible for thinking of new and inexpensive ways to market and create customer awareness.

I was responsible to know our products, plans, and new products that we would be receiving so that I could answer all questions that customers might have. I maintained a professional store front and created new ways to improve the appearance of the store. I was responsible for selling cell phones, plans, accessories, and upgrading customers to better suit their cellular needs. I kept track of current inventory in the store, and also the inventory that we needed. I was also responsible for researching and planning out local marketing events.

I assisted in transportation for 280,000 guest at Parade of Homes, informed visitors and builders of service provided by site developer, provided security to the development and guests, identified needs and helped maintained the appearance of the housing development, repaired and maintained landscaping equipment.

I Received, verified and distributed all shipments from vendors, assisted customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise, accounted for product inventory, created and maintained merchandise displays, identified and corrected problems facilitating positive resolutions to the customer and store.
