I am trial lawyer with an unparalleled commitment to litigating birth trauma, catastrophic injury, and women’s health matters. I frequently lecture on obstetrics and pediatrics litigation, co-chair a leading perinatal care conference, and present at clinical and legal seminars throughout the country. I also devote a substantial amount of time to charitable work through the ALLGOOD Foundation. In the past year, I've represented dozens of female asylum seekers in federal immigration proceedings throughout the US to help them secure bond so they could obtain critical medical and mental health treatment. I was also one of several lawyers who organized a team of medical and nursing experts to review gynecologic abuses of ICE detainees and report the team's findings to Congress. I serve on the boards of multiple organizations that are dedicated to improving women’s healthcare and women’s health research.
