As an Account Executive at ThirtyThree I take part in research, discussion and implementation of multi-channel media strategies for a range of clients including Siemens, Dyson, LV= and Clarks. I manage a range of campaigns across different elements of the marketing mix including press advertising, digital advertising, website development, and employee communications.

Post university, I was incorporated into the Client Service team at ThirtyThree, maintaining and nuturing client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and recommending the most cost-effective and targeted solutions across a range of media both in the domestic market place and internationally. I have been able to develop my knowledge of advertising across a range of mediums including traditional press, radio, online, outdoor and new media. Over time, I have gained an understanding of where to advertise different roles and which high-visability advertising options to use (banners/buttons/HTML emails) to maximise response. As a result of working in a vibrant agency, in a high-pressure role I have gained experience in managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction and project completion.

As Digital Account Co-ordinator I helped the Client Service team to make online media recommendations to clients and reported on the performance of all digital activity. This reporting enabled me to provide the Client Service team and clients with an understanding of the return on investment of their online campaigns. Day-to-day activities included posting and removing vacancies on online job boards, proof checking job copies both before and after going live and provision of administrative support to the Client Service team. Throughout the year I maintained a high-visbility role enabling me to build relationships with key media contacts, helping me to understand each individual website audience, its functionality and the digital opportunities available.
