As a fully integrated sport psychology professional, I implement our mental skills program with players and coaches through informal connection, environment manipulation, minute-style meetings, one-on-one sessions, and brief classroom discussions and workshops.I incorporate best practices for skill acquisition and motor learning in our baseball training frameworks, including the constraints-led approach, differential learning, and non-linear pedagogical techniques. I oversee the defense and baserunning, and assist with the offense. I take part in talent evaluation, recruiting, and player procurement by utilizing objective and subjective measures.
