I also created and manage our social media presence and ongoing strategy. I project managed delivery of our new website, which I also maintain.I'm the primary point of contact for new and prospective customers, helping them get to grips with our software.I am responsible for solution implementation and data migration from other software platforms, including project management, delivery, managing customer expectations, and data operations. I researched, designed, and tested Prestwood's Gabriel reporting module, allowing customers to produce regulatory reports from their existing data with a single click, and without the need for any additional input. I have led training courses, both on-site and in our training school, teaching customers how to improve the efficiency of their back-office. I regularly help customers to produce their Gabriel returns, and audit this against their external records.
