Having spent over 17 years at Wordflow I has successfully progressed from Sales, to Sales Manager to my new position of Sales and Marketing Manager.I am a passionate, hardworking and enthusiastic member of the Management Team. I am responsible for many aspects of the business including:Account Manager for over 150 clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service through regular contact via email, phone or face to face. I am responsible for managing the Sales Team, setting budgets and ensuring all targets are hit through achievable but stringent KPI’s. I also look after the recruitment for Wordflow, sourcing candidates and conducting interviews. I am responsible for the training of new recruits and also for existing members of the sales team with product and sales technique training.I am tasked with looking after Marketing for Wordflow. This includes taking care of all publications, eshots and putting forward proposals to the Sales Director showing sound ROI. I am currently working on a new website for Wordflow which will be launched early 2015 and I have designed and implemented a range of new bespoke emails for the sales team, giving them more tools to win new business and develop existing accounts.I run internal monthly promos for the sales team, product promotions, and fun days. I have achieved qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and currently working towards further qualifications in this field.As well as this, I have contributed towards Wordflow gaining ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditation. I work with major vendors developing relationships in order to increase levels of support and service and help to reduce pricing.My other achievements at Wordflow include generating in excess of £7,000,000 of Sales and being the companies top salesman.
