With over 18 years of experience in the construction, sports surfacing, and pavement sealcoat industries, I have built a diverse skill set and a proven track record of success across multiple roles and sectors. Starting my career at just 16 in the construction and sports surfacing industry, I quickly developed a passion for the technical and operational aspects of manufacturing and project management.I transitioned into a sports surfacing manufacturing company where I had the privilege of training contractors and overseeing installations for high-profile projects both nationally and internationally. These included prestigious events such as the USA and Team Canada Davis Cups, Federation Cup, World Team Tennis, SAP Open, and Memphis Open, among others. This hands-on experience not only honed my technical expertise but also deepened my ability to manage complex, high-stakes projects under tight timelines.I then advanced to the role of Superintendent, before making a move into the pavement sealcoat industry. As I worked my way up from a tank loader to Office Manager, then up to Operations Manager, and ultimately Plant Manager, I gained comprehensive experience across all facets of manufacturing operations—from running mills and equipment maintenance, welding and fabrication to managing budgets and AP/AR. My diverse background has given me a unique, well-rounded perspective on how to streamline production, improve efficiency, and drive safety in every phase of operations.Today, as a Plant Manager with over 8 years of leadership experience, I am deeply committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, maximizing production capacity, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly, safely, and with the highest standards of quality. I thrive on tackling challenges, optimizing workflows, and leading teams to meet and exceed performance goals.I'm always eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities to innovate and drive success in manufacturing and operations management.
