I led a Team of 5 Strategic Marketing Communications Managers and 15 additional Product Marketing professionals all responsible for the continued growth of WESCO's global Datacom & Security brand & businesses; full P&L responsibility.Product solutions range from UTP Copper, Fiber Optic Cabling to Data Centers, Emerging Technologies (e.g., Power over Ethernet, Power over Fiber, Distributed Antenna Systems, etc.), physical Security solutions and more. Our objective-focused Marketing efforts were created from the ground up with a keen eye towards brand building and significant ROI for every initiative; we tracked and measured everything we did. Programs varied, based on the business objective, branding support needs, competitive environment, budget and timing. Included programs were Product Launches, Events, Trade Shows, Direct Marketing - Postal and Online, to Thought Leadership/Content Marketing, Product Marketing, In-bound/Out-bound Telemarketing, Promotions, Training, Sales Enablement and more. * Fiber Optic Cable Business increased by 20%, with no margin loss * Customer Win-back program resulted in 35% growth * Increased WESCO private label low voltage cable sales by 20%
