By way of career background:- Adam started in strategy consulting for Oliver Wyman (ex Mercer MC), project managing large client teams, building an advanced business skills & investment toolkit. - He moved into global policy affairs with the United Nations at UNCTAD, achieving rapid recognition as a thought leader, technical expert and innovator, delivering technical assistance to UN member states across a wide spectrum of commodity sector issues. - He then served as founding Director of Strategy for a Pan-African agtech/fintech e-marketplace and financing platform.
