Responsibilities include:- Serve as a primary point of contact for members, promptly responding to phone calls, emails, and chat requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.- Collect member dues and payment information efficiently, maintaining accurate records and following established procedures.- Assist members with placing orders for practice resources, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet their needs effectively as I work with the member through the entire proof process.- Coordinate affiliate and member requests, liaising between affiliates and Affiliate & Member Services to ensure alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.- Assist various departments with urgent data requests, providing timely and accurate information to support decision-making processes.- Maintain the product database, utilizing Personify360 to create and update products throughout their entire lifecycle.- Assist with membership campaigns, running reports for prospective members and purchasing campaign rewards to be distributed to new members.- Support the editing and proof process of printed materials for meetings and leadership events, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
