NeuroDesigner by Nervanix is a highly innovative technology focused on the optimization of digital content and human performance using biometrics, sensor fusion and ML/AI. NeuroDesigner focuses primarily on the pre-production phase of training content development. As designers iterate and refine content, NeuroDesigner enables them to identify specific events within the content and make predictions around how the human trainee's brain will respond (attention, memory, emotion, engagement, etc.). The technology then uses medical grade EEG systems to measure sample trainees as they progress through the content, and report variances between the designer's predictions and the actual measurements in an R&D environment. Impact's consulting division provided schools, districts and state agencies with comprehensive accountability reports to help them effectively comply with state and federal NCLB and IDEA requirements.I was responsible for overall company performance, deliverables, obligations and direction, and increased EBITDA by 800% from 2007 to 2009 in part through six sigma methodology and general focus on established priorities.
