I am currently an Assistant Principal with a diverse range of responsibilities and a passion for fostering positive change within educational environments. With a focus on discipline, activities, athletics, and security, I have been entrusted with the critical role of ensuring a safe, inclusive, and thriving campus culture.My expertise lies in implementing Restorative Practices and Peer Mediations, allowing me to contribute to a more empathetic and restorative approach to conflict resolution. Collaborating closely with the Associated Student Body (ASB), I actively promote a positive campus culture that celebrates diversity, engagement, and student empowerment.As the overseer of security staff, I am committed to providing a secure and conducive learning environment for students and staff alike. My organized and efficient approach ensures that all security measures are in place, creating a safe space where everyone can focus on their educational journey.Furthermore, my extensive experience in overseeing athletics allows me to cultivate an environment that values teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. I believe in the power of sports to instill important life lessons, and I work closely with coaches and student-athletes to foster their development both on and off the field.Outside of my professional responsibilities, I am proud to be a mentor and member of the Village Nation Club, where I actively engage in meetings and facilitate group discussions. With a focus on the experiences of young men of color, I am dedicated to promoting their growth, resilience, and success.
