• 3rd of 4 projects in the Pon Management Trainee Program.
• Researched and created a full-scale deep dive in to the internal struggles of Pon to retain and promote young talent. Delivered the presentation to Dutch Pon executives as well the entire American executive team
• Personally managed all aspects of creating an internal innovation platform for Pon Power to use within all of its individual operating companies (Pon-CAT, Bolier, Bakker Group, etc.)
• Defined the best measurement KPIs for Pon Equipment/Pon Power to use when measuring the quality, impact and effectiveness of its internal training program 'We Take Care of It'
• Managed all coordination in preparing for the 'We Take Care of It' kickoff event within Pon Equipment/Pon Power in Almere, Netherlands

• Created high level, consultant-style presentations for the Equipment Depot CEO and leadership team members
• Led the Equipment Depot Innovation Projects focusing on improving customer touch points. Specifically, improving the current Equipment Delivery and Quote Proposal processes
• Worked with the Pon North America Mgmt Team to help run PNA Management Days, a yearly event in Houston where the leaders of the Pon organization gather to present results, collaborate on ideas and learn from modern.
• Created/rolled out a new Pon North America online Innovation Toolbox where all 3,000+ employees of PNA can collaborate on each other's ideas

Mobile, Alabama Area

• 1st of 4 projects in the Pon Management Trainee Program.
• Built the most relevant, user friendly web platform to serve multiple branches and diverse markets
• Created a social media marketing strategy for Hiller that will drive more people to the new websites via search engine optimization techniques
• Worked closely with the Sales and Business Development Teams in preparation for marketing, sales and budgeting materials

Great American Ball Park Cincinnati, OH

• Worked at Great American Ball Park for every Cincinnati Reds home game
• Controlled 8 Fifth Third cash machines, which had $300,000+ in them at one time
• Made sure all cash on machines balanced what was in our Tangent system daily
• Checked out concession stands in stadium nightly to ensure POS matched inventory
• Audited stand sheets to make certain POS was as close as possible to inventory sold

Northern Kentucky

- Created a social media marketing campaign for the nonprofit organization which is still being used today, four years later- Created and edited a Gallup Student Poll report for the Northern Kentucky region- Helped with the One to One Reading and Ready by 21 programs
