Collaborate with every head of Line of Business on rolling out new strategic products, constructing new procedures and complying with new regulatory requirement. * Attend monthly project review meeting with business stakeholders in APAC. Attend monthly Global CIO meeting to provide local project updates and prioritize project for each Line of Business. * Lead China Community Partnership Committee to contribute to community in china. * Oversee country level project governance and management. Be responsible for professional project management services across Asia Pacific. Manage complex large core banking implementation project for financial institutions. * Lead Project Steering Committee meeting with Bank’s CEO, CIO, Director, Branch managers as well as key business stakeholder. Discuss and propose Bank’s IT architecture and blueprint to cater for Bank’s business strategy.* Work with Banks’ stakeholder to get sign off for every key milestone. Manage projects’ P&L as per service agreement.* Manage project deliverable according to SOW and project change request. Monitor project status, schedule and use tools to manage project issue to guide project going forward to right direction. Help project managers to solve or escalate issues, cross communicate with other departments internally.* Manage clients including ABC, CCB, SPDB, DBS, KBank, Tokyo Mitsubishi, Mizuho, Nomura, Daiwa, Goldman Sachs, Tokyo Securities and Monex Securities.* Focus on project scoping and governance, customer relationship management, system architecture design.* Understand and meet clients’ needs from strategic point of view, help client be successful to achieve the goal of win-win.
