Led the expansion of our main cyber-education training program from higher-ed to enterprise markets across North America. Built the first sales pipeline from scratch, targeting six-figure deals across various industries and company sizes. Role expanded to also include higher education sales (primarily community colleges), leveraging previous experience in higher-ed. Focused on building strong relationships with early adopters, conducting product demos, and securing meetings with senior executives. Collaborated closely with the executive team on go-to-market plans, represented the company at industry events, and utilized CRM and multiple sales enablement tools to optimize results.

Led the enterprise market expansion for CircleIn, expanding the SaaS platform from higher-ed to enterprise/B2B use. Developed use cases and adapted the platform for L&D, HR, and DEI departments, building strong relationships with executives and company leadership to understand their needs. Executed outreach campaigns and built pipelines from scratch, while collaborating directly with the CEO and CTO to tailor the platform for B2B/enterprise clients.

Managed inbound and outbound sales of cyber-education platforms, building partnerships with higher education institutions and vocational training companies across North America. Closed most partnership deals in all of company, and cultivated strong, long-term relationships with clients. Assisted the customer success team with smooth onboarding and launch processes, leading kick-off and onboarding calls. Presented webinars and led meetings to attract student enrollment and showcase the value of our cybersecurity bootcamp to prospective students and industry partners.

Led business development activities for over 150 Israeli and Maryland companies, facilitating their entry into each other’s markets across industries such as cybersecurity, defense, biotech, life sciences, and IT. Strategized potential partnerships and participated in industry conferences and trade shows in Maryland and Israel to recruit and network with new companies. Engaged with economic development organizations and non-profits to promote bilateral trade and job growth, working closely with the Maryland Department of Commerce. Planned and hosted various events, including trade delegation visits and seminars, to foster business-community engagement.

Focusing on expanding clientele in the Corporate and Diplomatic Gifts Department, which includes growing our clientele that is comprised of heads of states, embassies, corporations, PACs, and NGOs. Here I regularly engage din research and outreach as well as advertisement and social media.

Served in the Economics and Commerce Department, for the Erez and Kerem Shalom Crossings (administrative and diplomatic task) overseeing the flow of goods and people across the border. Other tasks included diplomatic and logistical meetings, as well as initiating key research documents for the unit’s high-ranking officers for their strategic and policy needs.

Focused on expanding clientele in the Corporate and Diplomatic Gifts Department, which included chairmen of Fortune 500 companies, as well as Heads of States/Ambassadors. Other tasks included sales on the main floor, as well as growing the store’s business with various online and offline marketing campaigns. Created two websites for the business, one being fully transactional.
