Designed layouts of warehouses to incorporate the WMS system in an efficient/effective manner. Monitored the system daily and solved any issues directly and indirectly by communicating to the proper departments to coordinate through the issue.• Vehicle/forklift fleet and driver management including scheduling, vehicle repairs, forklift certification instructor, interviewing, coaching, approving invoices, and handling customer disputes/refusals. • Assist in direct customer interaction with will call support. During my involvement with the company, I performed several different services where the information used was to tighten safety violations and help clients receive the best possible data to make project decisions. My responsibilities were as followed: Load analysis: Collected field data to determine load capacity and position needed for new attaching customer on an existing electrical structure. Post construction auditor: Ensured work completed by attaching parties was done with no violations after an initial load analysis. Recorded violations when encountered to be fixed.Joint use auditor: Contributed in verifying violations associated with communication companies relating to electrical regulations.

This experience has shown me how an international company operates on multiple hierarchies from executive administration to customer support. Having traveled to various site locations including Panama City, Panama; Montego Bay, Jamaica; St. Louis, MO and Cape Girardeau, MO has given me awareness on operational dilemmas in diverse environments. Participated in leading focus groups to find core causes of poor supervisor and management level relationships. I met with different departments daily to understand the culture of the organization and to get insights into the workplace environment.

Interning for the United Way was a great opportunity to see how a non-profit organization operated. The interactions with this organization has shown me the core differences and goals of a non-profit compared to a for-profit company. While interning I researched and completed grant applications relating to AmeriCorps program funding and other possibilities The United Way could benefit from funding prospects. Working with Microsoft Excel, I restructured prior outdated donor information and verified current supporter data.
