About Ana Damljanovic

I am a Bioinformatician with more than 8 years of industry experience, stretched between cloud services, PyCharm and research. Throughout my past engagements I had a chance to work with many omics modalities, but I mostly specialized in transcriptomics and single cell analysis. I worked on numerous pharma and public programs projects that enabled me to gain knowledge and skill set to make informed decisions when analyzing the data in many different contexts.I am also an ML Engineer with 0 years of industry experience :)Bioinformatics provided me with a solid foundation in statistics and data handling which I constantly tend to build upon by diving into ML/AI modeling. Recently, I’ve been exploring different vision transformer architectures and getting a bit more into graph theory.
