This person will be responsible for partnering with Groundswell Appian product teams and engaging customers to generate requirements specific to Appian applications.

Serve as the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and lead Business Analyst for Janus Henderson's strategic business process management tool. Responsible for the ongoing management and growth of the platform through direct engagement and with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Client Relations, and other key business areas. Also responsible for business and technical requirements definition, through process engineering and improvement, ultimately resulting in the management of development activities for the platform.

Led multiple operational improvement consulting engagements across a variety of industries including Healthcare, Investment Banking, and Public Sector. Some examples of completed engagements include:Patient Journey Mapping for Large Healthcare Provider NetworkLed the assessment of a patient’s journey through a healthcare provider’s call center network, which included mapping processes, identifying customer pain points, and recommending improvement options. Once implemented, the improvements could result in hundreds of patient-hours saved across the healthcare networkTraining Inventory for Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT)Led an effort to identify and inventory traditional and non-traditional training opportunities available to employees of CDOT. The engagement allowed the Director of Human Resources to better meet the organizations training needs and eliminate redundancies and excess costs incurred through unnecessary and duplicative trainings.

Some examples of completed engagements include:Administrative Shared Services Assessment & ImplementationLed the assessment of the existing IT organization and infrastructure at a large private research University to develop a strategy to identify and transition select existing IT services into a shared services environment. Led the design and implementation of the Procurement and Payment Services (PPS) function within the new Shared Services organization.
