Responsible for the Village's day-to-day operations. and overall management of the city's 160 employees and $42 million budget.Working in a collaborative environment with a team-based approach, the Village Administrator implements the vision of the Village President and Board of Trustees. Assists the members of the Board of Trustees in formulating policies and responding to resident issues and concerns, either directly or through various Village staff members, to recommend options and potential solutions.In addition to managing the administrative functions of the Village, the Administrator ensures the effective coordination and implementation of public policies, programs, and initiatives by utilizing the talents of twelve Village departments.

Manage grants and liaise with the Village President, Village Administrator and department heads on daily operations, budgeting, long-term planning, and project management. Serve as the Village’s public information officer, overseeing communications, the website and social media platforms.

Develop and manage Seton Hall’s day-to-day relationships, partnerships and act as a spokesperson for the university both internally and externally in respect to Seton Hall’s community relations.

Strengthened Seton Hall’s identity, reputation and connections with elected and appointed government officials, staff and agency representatives to address issues of interest to Seton Hall.

Planned and implemented over 75 annual university events with over 35,000 attendees including: University Day (Homecoming), Seton Hall’s Sesquicentennial Celebration, Convocation and Commencement.

Coordinated the usage of non-academic rooms and event areas on campus, trained and supervised staff and assisted with student clubs in their programing efforts.

Managed the day to day operations of this 100 member plus organization including implementing new marketing strategies, assisting in restructuring of the board and creating a three year strategic plan.
