I joined BMG360 by way of the acquisition of Thesis. I'm still actively involved in the day-to-day operations of our digital growth division. As an agency, we oversee $500m-$1B per year in paid spend.

Grow.co is a community and events series for growth professionals by growth professionals. We publish a weekly newsletter & jobs board at grow.co. We host MAU (mau.grow.co), an annual conference for mobile growth and product professionals. We sold the MAU conference in 2020 to a PE-backed conference rollup.

Course Report is an online resource for prospective students of intensive bootcamp programs in development, design, product management, marketing, or data science. Course Report launched in January of 2014. We sold the business to a PE-backed rollup in 2023.

Thesis is a growth agency focused on conversion rate optimization, media buying, and performance creative. I sold the business in late 2021 to Barrington Media Group (now known as BMG360).

At the peak, I managed a team of 15 and a 9 figure paid marketing budget, in addition to other growth channels, including organic search and our promo & referral program. I started at LivingSocial as an intern while in college, and I was extremely fortunate to be given the opportunity by the founders and the broader organization to grow into the growth role.
